Rostrel interprets the SCHADS Award against each rostered shift — penalty rates, allowances, sleepovers — and produces a correct timesheet. Approved timesheets export to Xero with earnings rates already mapped, so your pay run reflects the award. Xero runs the actual pay and Single Touch Payroll filing.
Invoices pushed to Xero, tracked to paid
Rostrel generates price-guide-correct invoices from delivered support — priced against the current NDIS price guide for the day and support type — then pushes them to Xero and tracks them through to paid, so billing and accounts stay in step.
No manual re-entry
Nobody retypes a roster into an accounting system. The data that reaches Xero comes straight from the delivered service record — the same shift and note the claim was built from.
