Rostrel publishes practical information for Australian NDIS providers. Our goal is to make complex operational topics easier to understand without presenting general information as legal, financial, workplace-relations or clinical advice.
Guides are prepared by the Rostrel Editorial Team using product-operating experience, public Australian guidance and feedback from NDIS provider workflows. Until a named individual reviewer is shown on a page, the accountable publisher is Rostrel Pty Ltd rather than an implied external expert.
For changing rules, prices and awards, we prefer primary sources from the NDIA, NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, Fair Work Ombudsman and other relevant Australian authorities. We are progressively updating the guide library so important claims link directly to those sources.
Automation may help with research organisation, first drafts, formatting or quality checks. It does not replace source verification. Material facts, calculations and product claims must be checked before publication.
Pages show a review date when one is available. Rules can change between reviews, so readers should check the linked official source before acting. Corrections are assessed against the source and applied to the page and structured data together.
